Healthy snacks delivery service SnackNation has rebranded itself as Caroo and plans to step up its software-enabled personalization feature to offer better-for-you products for company employees.
Besides having the existing product suite under SnackNation and recently launched Inspired Collection and Amplify Box, Caroo will also offer three principle lines: Nourish, Inspire + Connect, and Concierge — all focused on premium snacks and beverages, gifting, and team building activities.
While selling at the same price, the product lines serve various purposes and provide value in different ways, according to Kelly.
Caroo’s enterprise customers can currently select custom curations based on dietary preferences for its Nourish line, and employees at larger companies can swap out different products to fully customize their boxes — a feature that will be available to companies of all sizes in October.
Additionally, Caroo is also working on a proprietary technology that will help promote certain brands and products based on customers’ previous orders.
SnackNation has undergone a major business shift from its previous office-centric model to the direct-to-employee/distributed workforce model due to COVID-19, which accelerated its transformation into Caroo.
